Swagger all the APIs

I gravely underestimated the amount of work that would be involved in making something useful out of it. My personal mission: I want the jvm to go away, it was great way back when now itʼs just silly (vm in container on vm in vm in container) [from goswagger.io]

• OpenAPI generators only support 3.0
• Most all Swagger/OpenAPI has a core Java built-time dependency
• OpenAPI build/deploy process seems more sustainable as Docker
• gRPC is probably over-engineering and “premature optimization”
